1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the DanceDesk platform. By registering, you accept these terms.

2. Service Description

DanceDesk is a cloud-based management software for dance schools. The scope of features depends on the selected plan.

3. User Obligations

• Keep login credentials confidential
• No misuse of the platform
• Responsibility for entered data

4. Data Protection

Details on data processing can be found in our privacy policy.

5. Liability

DanceDesk is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of material contractual obligations.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice to the end of the month. After termination, all data will be deleted within 30 days.

7. Jurisdiction

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Munich.
